Capital Float buys personal finance app Walnut for $30m with Themis, K Law, Wadia Ghandy

Sequoia and SAIF’s stake in Walnut, a Bangalore based personal finance management app-maker, was acquired by Capital Float, a Bangalore based digital lending platform (in which Sequoia and SAIF are existing investors) for $30m, according to reports.

Themis Associates advised Sequoia Capital and SAIF Partners led by a team of associate partner Siddharth Manchanda; and associate Priya Makhijani.

KLaw represented Capital Float with a team led by partner Shwetambari Rao and senior associate Jeevith Belliapa.

Wadia Ghandy represented Walnut.
