Shardul Amarchand acts on Avenue Capital 27% buy of Arcil

“US-based Avenue Capital to acquire 27% stake in Arcil: Six investors of Asset Reconstruction Company of India (Arcil) have agreed to sell their stakes to Avenue Capital, says Arcil CEO Vinayak Bahuguna,” reported Mint.
