Ex-ELP’s Stratage, Khaitan act on Mitsui’s buy of Bharat Insecticides

Japanese companies Mitsui and Nippon Soda have acquired 56 per cent stake in agro-chemical firm Bharat Insecticides Ltd (BIL).
