Congratulations to both the law firms on a job well done!
I can understand requiring the assistance of a competition partner, but litigation, regulatory and corporate structuring partners is overengineering it. With so many partners involved, I can only hope that nothing slips in between the cracks.
Whilst it may seem as a burden / cost to some, the clients definitely seem to be getting their money's worth, hence the steady growth. Also, for some junior associates, seeing their name on LI as part of a deal report is a pretty big deal.
Hope you find some peace in the way you are dealing with your clients and they keep feeding you with work during the strained times.
