Bundl Tecnhologies Private Limited, operating as Swiggy has has raised further funds as part of its Series I funding round, with the current tranche led by Chinese investors Tencent, with Ark Impact Investments, Korea Investment Partners, and MACM India Growth Fund also participating. The total Series I funding stands at approximately $156m to date. Previous investors in Series I funding include Naspers, along with Meituan Dianping and Wellington Management Company, as reported by Business Standard and others.
L&L Partners advised Tencent Cloud Europe led by a team of with a team led by partners Vaibhav Kakkar and Snigdhaneel Satpathy and consisting of associates Debarpan Ghosh and Ritvika Thakur.
Update 17 April 2020: J. Sagar Associates advised Mirae (MACM India Growth Fund) led by a team including partner Manav Raheja and associate Gaurav Matta.
