TR Capital and Hong Kong-based hedge fund Steadview Capital have undertaken a large secondary deal in Lenskart Solutions, marking the second such transaction in the company in the last five months. Apart from Steadview Capital, the transaction, estimated at $70-75 million, has also seen the entry of late-stage technology-focused investment firm Epiq Capital as the second new investor entering the company’s cap table.
