L&L acts for Nippon Steel on $28m buyout of its Amtek JV

Debt-ridden Amtek Auto today said it has signed a share purchase agreement with Nippon Steel and Sumitomo Metal Corporation to sell its stake in its joint venture (JV) company SMI Amtek Crankshaft.

L&L Partners advised Nippon Steel Corporation led by a team of partners Mohit Saraf and Apurva Jayant. Other team members included lawyers Abhishek Swaroop; Nikhil Variyar, Amritha Kumar, Naman Bagga.
