“Westbridge Capital, an India-focussed investment fund, has picked up a controlling stake of about 65% in salon chain, Enrich, buying out JM Financial’s private equity fund, the sole institutional investor in the company. The Rs 150 crore raise by Enrich Salons & Academy, will be through a mix of primary and secondary capital, valuing the company at around Rs 230 crore,” reported The Times of India.

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co advised Enrich Hair and Skin Solutions Private Limited and JM Financial led by a team of partner Amit Khansaheb, partner Nikhil Sachdeva, principal associate Abhishek Dubey and associate Mayank Malhotra.
