SAM, Luthra act on $21m Tynor Orthotics fundraise from Lighthouse

“Mid-market private equity firm Lighthouse Funds has led a Rs 143 crore (around $21 million) investment in Tynor Orthotics Pvt. Ltd, which makes artificial support devices for various body parts,” reported VCCircle.

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co advised Tynor Orthotics Private Limited and its promoters led by a team of “ partner Amit Khansaheb, partner Vishruta Kaul, senior associate Manav Chadha, associate Sonali Bhardwaj and associate Manu Gupta.

Update 24 May 2019: L&L Partners advised Lighthouse Funds led by a team of partners Amit Shetye and Rohan Shah with lawyers Nipun Vaid, Abhishek Mour, Avinash Subramanian.
