Bharucha, JMP assist Dutch chemicals maker IMCD on $17.4m buy of Indian Aroma Chemical

Dutch chemicals distributor IMCD has taken over Indian company Aroma Chemical Agencies, according to the company’s press release and a Dutch newspaper report, for up to Rs 120 crores.

Jerome Merchant + Partners advised Aroma Chemical Agencies (India) Pvt Ltd led by a team partner Vishnu Jerome and associate Minal Sangatwani.

Bharucha & Partners advised Dutch company IMCD led by partner Justin Bharucha.
