Phoenix, SAM act on $110m investment in L&T Infra Debt by Apis

“Private equity fund Apis has picked up a 25.1 per cent stake in L&T Infra Debt Fund for $110 million, giving the L&T Finance Holdings arm access to low-cost global funds to refinance infrastructure projects in India,” reported ET.

Phoenix Legal advised Apis Partners led by a team of partner Sriram Ramachandran, senior associate Lavanya Mani, associate Manasi Chandriani and associate Shraddha Desai.

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas represented L&T Infrastructure Debt Fund, with a team led by partner Abhinav Bhalaik.
