Former DH Law Associates partner Vikas Kumar will join Lakshmikumaran Sridharan (LKS) as a partner in its Mumbai corporate practice tomorrow.

NLSIU Bangalore 2004 alumnus Kumar, who is an England & Wales qualified solicitor, had resigned from DH Law last year to pursue his MBA at INSEAD France.

He had stints at Crawford Bayley, Khaitan & Co, J Sagar Associates (JSA) and Olswang Singapore before DH Law.

Kumar was not available for comment at the time of going to press.

Kumar takes LKS’ total partner count in Mumbai to seven, confirmed Mumbai partner Badri Narayanan commenting: "We are very excited by this addition and he adds further value to our Corporate law practice."

Ajay Joseph was the firm’s other corporate partner in Mumbai.
