Job description:

General Corporate Advisory including Company Laws, Contracts, SEBI, RBI Compliances, Labour Laws, Mergers and Acquisitions, Statutory Compliance related, Real Estate, Mining, Intellectual Property, Media and Entertainment. In addition thereto, handling and/or overseeing the litigation matters of our Corporate Clients.

Candidate requirements:

• Bachelor's and/or a master's degree in law.
• Minimum 2 years experience preferably with a Law Firm.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent research and analytical skills.
• Good drafting skills.
• Ability to communicate in a read Marathi would be an added advantage.
• CS Degree/ in-depth knowlede of the functioning of the MCA/ROC would be an added advantage.
