India Patent Office (IPO) has called for comments from the stakeholders as a precursor to a meeting and possibly revision of applicable rules/forms, regarding working statements practice. The working statements practice (under the Patents Act 1970) requires patentees to report to the patent office the extent to which the patented invention has been worked.
