Former Hammurabi & Solomon partner Vidya Adsule has joined Pune real estate builder Kolte Patil Developers as its group general counsel.

Adsule, who had merged her litigation firm with Hammurabbi in 2014, was heading its Mumbai office until she left the firm in August to go independent.

The 1998-Mumbai University law alumnus had worked in government and private court practice and in-house, having last held the role of general counsel at Bombay Dyeing before briefly going independent and then joining Hammurabi.

She has joined Kolte Patil as its head of legal and compliance, for all its group entities, she confirmed.

Adsule was not available to comment further, since yesterday.
