International Trade Law is one of the dynamic emerging areas of public international law. However, this branch of law still remains aloof and unknown to a vast number of law students and legal practitioners in India. To develop a deeper understanding and appreciation of the emerging issues in field, TPM Solicitors & Consultants in collaboration with the Centre for International Trade and Economic Laws (CITEL), Jindal Global Law School (JGLS) is organizing an Inter-College Paper Writing and Presentation Competition in February 2017.
This competition aims to kindle interest among law students to further explore and analyze some of the emerging issues in the field of international trade law, especially trade remedy law. This contest seeks to encourage law students to independently examine and research on some of the topical issues in this field through a paper presentation competition.
The paper writing and presentation competition presents an opportunity to law students to develop their skills in research and writing as well as in oral presentation. TPM Solicitors & Consultants in collaboration with Jindal Global Law School (JGLS) aims to provide a platform to students to share their findings on the proposed themes and to disseminate their knowledge on various aspects of International Trade Law.
