I have one point seeking the best advice:
An 'Advocate' after 1 year of his registration as 'Advocate' on Bar Council of a state surrenders to the State Bar Council his 'Sanad' and 'Identity Card' issued by Bar Council of the state and got the covering letter duly acknowledged by Bar Council recording the surrender of above.A fees was also paid to the Bar on account of Non-Practicing entry in the Bar's list. Later some point of time, upon checking, it was learnt that the advocate's name was still noted under practicing advocates list of the Bar.
Now the 'Advocate' wish to get return the said 'Sanad' and 'ID Card' from Bar Council of the state.
How to claim the above 'sanad' & 'Id card' from Bar Council of State in following situations:
a) if the aforesaid Letter (evincing acknowledgement of Bar as above said) is missing; and
b) if the said letter is not missing.
Freinds, plz advice best.
Thanks n Regards
