JSA, Rajani on Rs 686 cr Saint-Gobain's slump purchase

J Sagar Associates (JSA) and Rajani Associates have advised on glass manufacturer Saint-Gobain’s acquisition of Sezal Glass's float glass unit in a slump sale for a reported sum of Rs 686 crore.

JSA M&A partners Sandeep Mehta and Jay Gandhi were assisted by associates Swati Mandava, Sugandha Asthana, Kunal Kaul, Kunal Mehta, Shaswata Dutta and Rishabh Gupta in leading for the buyer Saint-Gobain Glass India.

Rajani Associates advised glass processing company Sezal Glass with managing partner Prem Rajani and associates Reena Grover and Alok Sonker.

Saint-Gobain shall utilise the newly acquired unit located in Bharuch district of Gujarat as a manufacturing hub for western India, reported the Economic Times.
