JSA, Luthra, Skaddens on Celfrost sale to US Middleby

J Sagar Associates (JSA) advised Indian commercial food equipment supplier Celfrost in selling out to the US-based The Middleby Corporation, which was advised by Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom and Luthra & Luthra.

JSA Gurgaon partners Upendra Nath Sharma and Nitesh Bhasin and associate Udhav Gulati acted for Celfrost which, according to Dealcurry, has annual sales of approximately $20m.

Luthra Bangalore partner Vikrant Kumar and Skadden Arps Illinois partner Shilpi Gupta acted for The Middleby Corp which made the acquisition through its Indian subsidiary Middleby Commercial Food Innovations Limited.
