with the immense amount of traffic which will take you an hour just to reach the metro
Imagine going to Okhla for office every day. I have no clue why people work there voluntarily switch karlo bhai
The associates keep on complaining about the low pay asking the interns not to join hahaha funniest thing
and it has had a major downfall, speaking to seniors the AMSS of old is a behemoth that even combined cam and sam would not match, and if anything its only getting worse with rise in boutiques and other t1 firms competing giving rise to options for clients.
I agree but there is nothing called American egalitarianism. America is a deeply unequal society with additional problem of a race system (American Race System)
In your view, who's the best paymaster among law firms? Not kidding. Honestly asking.
wait till you hear about the teams that got 5% at SAM
The pay at the firm is abysmal. Partners know it, seniors know it, mid levels know it.

Most people are just sticking around because they’re comfortable.
People have been saying downfall downfall downfall for 15-20 years now

TBH people have enough of the two brothers. Sick of them treating the profession like a family fiefdom and those who work for them like slaves. The true king(s) in the North will take over Kings Landing soon.
Now that I have moved from SAM, I've realised how bad that place was - even the basics! Wonder why someone would work there voluntarily in 2026 when there are a bunch of better options
Apparently the increments were supposed to come out in July (as per their own internal email) but nothing has come up until now. Lot of partner exits this year and there have been talks of poor increments within the firm - looks like a sinking ship honestly
