Hi, recently ITC hired from NUJS/NLS. One of my friends got placed with ITC, and he has received a package of 24 LPA. ITC is known for its good work culture, much better than T1s. Can anyone shed light on how will the career trajectory be after one joins a corporation like ITC? Is it better than T1s?

Much better work-life balance and seniors to work under. Especially the Kolkata HQ. You may have to occasionally travel a bit based on the deals your team would be working on. Great food. Long term, stock options are good too.

Are you certain that AUTs are paid 24L? Sounds too good to be true.

It's C2C. In hand would be just over a lakh for a fresher. The annual hike won't be huge either.

It's 95k a month, 1.5 in 5 years.
