Any recommendations for good chambers in Indore to join as a junior? I've heard seniors in Indore do not give the kind of exposure and learning required to go independent and are usually tasked only with seeking adjournments. I am a first generation final year student from Indore and after having studied at a good NLU want to start and establish my practice. However, I am still confused because of the thoughts I hear from juniors in chamber practice in the city.
That is absolutely true, plethora of lawyers and it's difficult to stand out. You have to work hard and find a senior willing to impart knowledge and give responsibilities. The entire city is filled with an archaic mindset, where they want you to pick up files and do work that can't even be termed grunt work for years before any legal tasks are allotted.
