I am currently in my final semester from not so known private college. I am upcoming intern at AZB & Partners. Please guide me how should I aim this internship and chances for PPO.

Be proactive in your internship; try and make good connections with seniors that you work with; make it clear that you're hoping to join the firm and looking for a PPO and ask them how to get there and be confident in your interactions. Good luck.
