It's horrible, the quality of work is good. However, they dangle the carrot of higher pay in front of you but never actually pay up. Long nights on transactions is a given, but the covert bias and preferential treatment is a huge problem. They hire too many trainees without any criteria to ascertain quality and when these trainees come out with shit deliverables which you need to fix, your work is not appreciated.
If you have better offers, do not consider this. Also, never believe what they say about pay until you sign the contract, they are masters of delusion there.
