Short answer: no

These journals are good to start with, but after your 1-2 papers, you should start looking for better journals preferably university based journals
Contrary to this advice, I would say do not ever publish there even for beginning your publication section of the CV. Publications and public and forever - you cannot remove them - keep this in mind. This bad image of yours that you think is your torch light will be your shackles from the past.
most of the journals which process articles in very short time will ask for article processing charges, these journals are a variation of predatory journals

try to avoid them altogether

why not upload the research articles on ssrn if you are unable to publish them
quality matters. if you write random pieces it wont count for much. I think what you write matters more than where
