I have been given a Trainee Associate position at a boutique litigation firm, offering me 35k + 10k variable/ month. I like the work environment and the people. Will it be difficult for me to move into a T-1 litigation practice in the future? Is it a good idea to stick around for experience, or can the position offered to be leveraged for a position at a T-1?
