What’s the pay like for associates and senior associates (all levels of experience)?

No matter the pay, you will lose your hair, sleep and sanity once you join them.

Koi aisi jagah bata de please jahan same pay mein ye sab na hota ho. As someone who has to join one of these firms, i am tired of reading such rants for every firm.

Freshers 16 LPA (13.8 + 2.2)

Laterals with 10-20% hike generally

Associates entry 16LPA if you are Day 0, else 8-12 for lateral

Senior associates depends 18-24

Don't know the pay but S&P have a high NLU bias. Stipend is only given to NLU interns and non-NLU interns get nothing despite putting in equal or even more effort
