CSS specifically announced a firm retreat more than a year ago for last calender year (in January 2022) during his townhouse. As expected the firm never implemented the announcement made by CSS for last calender year (we are in January 2023). Their is no actual implementation news in the firm suggesting fulfilment of the announcement for almost an year now. I understand that there was something in the pipeline "only" for partners (mind you CAM also has a partner only fridge in the pantry which associates can't use) hence a partner only retreat won't be a surprise.
Also seems partner attrition there will never cease..recent partners who quit are rajan raj from lit, Neha Sinha from Corp, William from Corp, and reshma from IP
For all the money that we made for the firm over the past three years, they had the cheek to tell us to pay for our retreat ourselves. This is when the firm shelled out mega bucks and took the equity partners to Europe. When will their greed end?
