Vidhi is not a cyclical recruiter, as in, they don't necessarily hire every year along a predictable schedule. So around when you're graduating, they may not have vacancies and they'd generally be unwilling to give PPOs too far out in advance. So IMO the best way would be to intern with them and speak to multiple people about their organsiational requirements, hiring situation etc. Also, as far as I understand, the Bangalore office is mostly just a backwater, but I could be wrong here, inviting others to chime in.
Good luck
Some of the people who work in the Bangalore office, like Alok Prasanna, are very good from what I know. They also provide good mentorship to freshers who join them.
Vidhi doesn't do PPOs. The way to get hired is by keeping an eye out on the website for calls for applications.

Better or worse depends on who you ask but the two offices generally work on different subject areas , research wise. Also the Bangalore office works more closely with state government.
