Mujhe sacchi koi fascination nhi hai from tier 1s.

Was interested in boutique but scared about pay. Agar decent pay hoga toh why do we even go to tier1s.

I am from a Tier 3 or may Tier 4 with 15 years PQE. Make around 90 lacs pa.

Too good to be true. Partners at most of Tier 2 and some Tier 1 do not make this much.

I work in Chennai - here most firms are Tier 3/Small types - as national firms have failed to succeed in this market. Partners here make anywhere between 36LPA to 60LPA. Most of them are in Corp/Gen Corp or Real Estate. A Senior Associate in a Mumbai Firm maybe making as much as a Partner at a Chennai Law Firm.

I would say it is broadly the same for Ahmedabad as well.

Ahmedabad pay scale is comparable to Mumbai.
