Where do i find a 2BHK around 50k in Mumbai which is not too inconvenient travel wise? Can people actually living far but at convenient places share details?

I think you are an outsider who was fooled. One gets a 2bhk for 50k even at goregaon or even andheri! You may have been fooled. Don't fool others. It's very easy to get a 2bhk at goregaon for 35k where trains start..or 40k at andheri...where also trains start. Please don't use this person's connection who fooled him. Fyi..i have lived in Bombay since 40 years.
Post pointing about that [...] about borivali. Don't get fooled like them. You'll get something good at andheri at that cost or even close to office. Don't worry. Don't find an agent like he she did
I didn't know such real estate related advises (non-legal ones) can be sought here :). Better check up good portals which pertain to real estate or ask people in the organization or firm you are joining for such advise.
I live in Delhi but all my friends who have shifted to Mumbai reside in Mahalakshmi because they have been able to find decent apartments for 50k/month
