So I left a Tier 1 Lower Parel firm sometime this year.

Usually once you quit a place, market practice is within 45 days you're paid the full and final and given an experience letter or something.

It's been well over 45 days, I'd say even more than 90 days, my account still hasn't received the retainer for my last month of work there.

Each follow up I get a future date. Sigh. What a shame.
