Barucha? Also you can very easily find a pg in Kalkaji and if not there then Govindpuri is you best bet.

Don't tell them you'll be staying for only a month, rather pay the rent in advance and say you'll pay the SD later and after a week or so of staying give notice that you'll be leaving at the end of the month
