I joined a new team after a few years in a smaller set up. Somehow I just don't get included in the teams activities. I don't join them in their weekly or bi weekly drinks, don't understand their jokes and I am not part of their banter. I am an outsider. Feels like shit to be honest. I get work but there is no workplace feeling. I've been working for 10 years so I know it's not a fresher problem
