How much do tier 3 partner with pqe 10-15 make ?

I am at boutique firm. Pqe 15, make around 60lpa all inclusive.

60 to 80 lakhs pa. Some more some even less!

PQE 15 can definitely make 1 cr. p.a.

Anything less than 70-80 LPA is not upto the mark.

Tier 3 bola bro, tier 1 nhi

2.5 p.m.... plus variables if they come... is my guess
