Our peon and account manager got fever and cold. They took leave of a day and started showing up. My managing partner also got cold and did the same.

Iām so sorry to hear this. What a horribly irresponsible boss. You did the smart thing by resigning. Get well soon and hopefully your next employer will be more sensible.
