Is it true that the degree of abuse is way less in litigation chambers as compared to law firms and even the work culture is better?
I work in a law firm and it's legit abuse, they just don't go the extent of actually hitting you but otherwise everything else is there. They don't look upon you as another human being. I want to know if it is the same in litigation also? I really want to switch that's why
Really depends on the chamber - some are as abusive, if not more, as law firms. Add to that, the pay will undoubtedly be less than the latter. However if you manage to find someone who treats you with dignity, it can be half rewarding.
