Which tier 1 insolvency teams are good to work with? Are there any good tier 2 firms to try and join and then shift to a tier 1?

ND's team at AZB is the best out there. A gem out of the toxic work culture that AZB generally has.

CAM (especially Dhananjay's team) and AZB easily the best. Trilegal and SAM are also doing some good work but no depth in the practice.

Tier 2 firms are not that great. Join ibc litigation chambers

Firms like Chandhiok do great IBC litigation work. But work is too much and pay at junior level is too less.

Luthra Mumbai does some good insolvency work. They have great clientele

Can someone highlight why? I have an upcoming internship in Luthra Mumbai's insolvency team

As an ex intern with L&L's BnF team, only banking and PE teams are keeping luthra Mumbai alive. Though there are very few associates, the partners are excellent
