How is the general working atmosphere in the M&A teams. Does Upasana Rao have a sub team doing ESG work. Is there a sub team for ESG work in the Gurugaon office. Out of the corporate partners- Upasana, Pais, Yogesh Singh, Dayal, Goyal, Kothari and Sanjam Arora, which team has the highest and lowest attrition.
HP's team does a lot of renewable energy related M&A. Join only if you are okay with practicing in a niche sector.

Join YS's team. The hours may be bad but the team has quality work and YS is a reasonable man.
Sanjam Arora is in essence a junior partner working for Harsh Pais. Avoid Pais, Arnav Dayal and Sanjam if you want some amount of free time.
Arnav is a decent, reasonable partner. Don't lump him in with the other two, who are definitely to be avoided at all costs.
Yogesh's team has the highest attrition in the country i think, I keep wondering why thol.
True that. Barring one person who's still there and one who made partner, the entire team has changed from 2018-2019. Even amongst law firms and their attrition levels, that makes for a curious case.
How is Upasana Rao's team. She also seems really into clean energy and all.Does she focus on mostly clean tech renewable deals like HP. Does she have a esg vertical in her team?
