Does anyone have any information on how much Rajaram Legal actually pays? They look very interesting and the work also seems interesting, but I have not been able to get any information on a) whether they take freshers or they only do lateral hires and b) what the pay would be like?

There is no structure

there is no structure for anything there. no wonder so many people have already left.

Good clients but pay isn’t uniform and management style is chaotic. Attrition rate seems really high for a small young firm

No structure on most things and haphazard management who are very disconnected to what’s happening on the ground. You will have no training and yet be expected to know all and do all.

A very disorganised place to work at. Don't be fooled by the sweet talk from partners.
