I'm a final year law student and was reading up on S&A (since I'm into arbitration). even after the whole transition into S&A Law, I heard the firm is not good. Heard from my seniors that the attrition rate is off the roof because of people in the upper management. You cant use your phones and there are people who keep constant vigilance on the associates (if they are on their seats, or using phones etc.). Sounds like a very hostile place. All the PR and publicity is paid to attract more business and recruits but people know the real deal. Should I apply to them?
