Hi I am very interested to know what labour and employment teams at T1 firms do. Would we great to have honest response as im confused on what practice area i should choose and gain more experience. (I'm a 4th year law student!)

Nothing good and learn worthy.Disputes teams at Tier1 only so time pass an its senior Cou sels who so the real arguments

1. Advisory on all aspects of labour laws
2. Advising corporates on employment matters
3. Draft employee related policies for companies
4. Advising companies on POSH related laws
5. Providing support on deals / transactions from employment law perspective
6. Carrying out labour law diligence for companies and providing gap analysis
