There has been a COVID outbreak at NLUO. 18 students, 1 faculty member, and 3 non teaching staff are COVID positive. The University has been declared as a micro containment zone. The University had earlier made attending colleges mandatory for 1st and 2nd years.
These NLU VCs should wake the fuck up and stop compromising students' lives.
Don't understand what's the hurry in opening law school campuses. Can't the admins for once put health over reopening. Only the jobless couples want to come back on campus.
One reason is that there has been a shocking downfall in learning standard ever since online classes began. The little bit of knowledge that students earlier used to have had shrunk to non existent. The interns joining from different 'top tier' law schools are so bad now, that it is better to get even the grunt work done by ourselves instead of trusting them not to make a mess of it.
I'm not from NLUO but why are such comments even allowed by you R? How is it related to the conversation at hand?
Don't share fake info mate. No mandatory classes were held for 1st and 2nd years. They came to the campus voluntarily.
Why is it 'facts contested' ? This is true and there official mails. Please R remove the tag.
Several people have reported this to be untrue and/or opening was completely voluntary hence misleading.

The OP has used the word 'earlier'. Well, the initial plan for to make it mandatory for everyone but they changed the stance thereafter. Not entirely wrong.
Hey R, the opening at NUJS was also COMPLETELY VOLUNTARY. Nobody was compulsorily required to be on campus - all the classes were online as well. In the interest of fairness, please add the same tag to the NUJS thread.
