1. Are your exams open book or closed book?
2. Is it entirely analytical or a mixture of rote learning and analysis or worse - completely rote-based?
3. Was it the same during pre-pandemic?
In my NLU, it depends on the faculty concerned. Some subjects have got open book exams and problem-based questions, but most have closed book exams and theoretical rote learning. Throughout the pandemic though, all exams have been de facto open book, since those are not being proctored at all. A few teachers have opted for alternative modes of evaluation other than exams like viva, assignments, presentations etc. for this reason.
