How is LKS in terms of work culture? How much is the pay for someone with 4 years of experience? I've seen that lawyers get promoted within a fixed timeline there. Is it true in every case?

How much does a corporate associate at A3 in Bengaluru make at LKS?

There is no concept of A3 if you're good. In two years, most Associates get promoted as Senior Associate. SA2 makes 13L-15L only. Pay is actually pathetic.

SA1 makes just 12.6 L + bonus upto 4-5 L, as far as I know.
