What does this designation entail? Is the offer to work as a full-time associate dependent on one's performance as a trainee or is it mandatory probation for all associates?
Bump. Just got offered this position, wanted to clarify if it gets converted into an associateship later and how much do they pay during the traineeship?
I worked as a trainee in a law firm after graduation, but not in Induslaw. It is a position where you will be working exactly like an associate would, but won't get paid equal to an associate. It is the new designation to micromanage and exploit naive law graduates. Unless the position is only for 2 to 3 months, DON'T TAKE THE OFFER.
