Has there been a decline in pay packages offered to freshers? Wadia Gandhi pays 40k to 45k to freshers. I have a friend who works there. 8.4lpa is incorrect.

WG’s pay is different across teams; ranges from 40k-75k (post probation/trainee period of 3-6 months) for freshers, depending on which team you’re in.

WG used to pay more for a brief period in 09-10 or thereabouts. Then the standard pay was 50K a month for a few years. Then they started reducing the pay even further over the last few years. So it's sub-50K is now. It's disgusting.
