Hi, people at jsa or anyone who has worked their wanted to know what is the permanent internship tier at jsa. How is it different from normal internship, is it something like a trainee position? and do often after a period of some months do they get offered a junior associate position? What should one do to convert the position. Any information would be great help. Thank you!
