Is it worth joining the Bangalore offices of tier 1s, Trilegal or CAM? Does the pay vary?

Your pay and career advancement in any location will be dependent on the partner you choose to work for. Amongst T1s Trilegal, CAM, Khaitan and Indus have a fairly well established presence in Bangalore. Working for a star partner in one of the these firms will be be equally rewarding in terms of money and work quality as working for a team based out of Mumbai or Delhi.

In Bangalore, you should consider Indus.

I know a few people at CAM Bangalore that are at the top of the band at their level. So I guess it does make that much of a difference in terms of pay.

Trilegal has a number of good partners in Bangalore across practices like corporate, technology, real estate who are doing very well. Definitely worth considering!

How is JSA Bangalore? If anyone could tell.
