Not in a pasition to comment at the moment. Abir Da needs to scale up his practice and become Abir Babu. I don't know whether that could be possible without a strong M&A team which could direct CCI filing work to the competition team.
Lakshmikumaran And from what I could gather IP firms like Anand and Saikrishna also started with competition litigation practice at the time of Ericsson SEP saga. Don't know their fate now.
