Hiring, culture and pay? Also, what is the work like? I know their B&F practice is top notch but how's the work in comparison to the T1s?

Absolutely Terrible. You would same the same problems and headaches of a tier 1 in terms of hours, toxic culture etc. without the salary. Especially avoid GB team

Can you please elaborate on why GB's team?

My batchmate from nirma has just joined there as a fresher. She said that the pay is 35-40k and not a lot of work. She gets a lot of time for other stuff.
